The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is a division of the US government that is charged
with implementing the laws that require equal employment opportunity for government contractors.
As stated in the OFCCP mission statement, this would mean enforcing laws that ban discrimination and require Federal contractors
and subcontractors to take affirmative action to ensure that all individuals have an equal opportunity for employment, without
regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or status as a Vietnam era or special disabled veteran.
We have added features to ForceFinder to assist employers with maintaining OFCCP compliance. As the operator of your job board
you control whether or not OFCCP data gathering and reporting is offered to your customers. If so, several features are a activated,
for both job seekers and employers, to support OFCCP tracking and compliance including:
Capture of ethnicity, gender and veteran status for job seekers posting profiles/resumes.
Employer entry of job opening information associated with each resume search on your job board.
Automatic capture of all resume search criteria used for each resume search (job categories, locations, keywords, zip/radius etc.).
OFCCP Resume Search Report enables employers to report all resume search activity for any span of dates showing when
each search was performed, by whom, for what job opening and the exact resume search criteria used in each search.
NOTE: There may be other requirements for OFCCP compliance which are outside the scope of ForceFinder or any job board technology.
It is the responsibility of government contract employers to understand the full scope of OFCCP compliance and to insure that
they meet the necessary requirements.
