Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the practice of designing web sites/web pages
so they rank as highly as possible in search engines. Higher ranking equates to higher
employer and job seeker traffic to your job board. Search engine ‘spiders’
routinely interrogate web sites in order to classify/index their content so that people
performing searches can find those sites.
