Social media is redefining the way people communicate and relate to one another. FaceBook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social
sites are common vehicles for personal and professional networking. ForceFinder allows job seekers to connect their social
media accounts to the job board accounts to streamline registration and job board profile creation, enable 'single signon'
between job board and social sites and share personal and professional information. Furthermore, ForceFinder makes it easy
to publish job postings from your job board to your corporate social media site - a great way to drive traffic to your job board.
New job seekers click FaceBook or LinkedIn buttons on the registration page if they wish to link their accounts.
The social site will then ask the job seeker for approval to link accounts.
Job board registration page is pre-filled with information from the job seeker's social account.
Job seeker account is now connected to the social account.
Returning job seekers simply click the social media login button.
ForceFinder automatically detects if they are already logged into their social account and automatically logs them
into their job board account.
If job seeker is not currently logged in they are routed to their social site login page and the rest
is automatic - no job board login information to remember!
Job seekers can disable the linkage at any time.
ForceFinder checks the job seeker's LinkedIn account when a job seeker creates their job board profile/resume.
Information such as name and location is automatically filled in from their LinkedIn account.
LinkedIn 'Summary' and 'Positions' information is used to create a simple text resume.
Job seeker may use the text resume as is, change it or provide their own resume - including a resume attachment.
Built in RSS feeds make it easy to automate the process of publishing your job postings from your job board to your
Twitter and Facebook pages.
Third party services such as TwitterFeed.com make the process a
'no brainer' for non-techies.
This will drive additional traffic to your social sites and, in turn, to your job board. More traffic equates to more applicants which equates to more repeat
business by employers posting at your site!
