ForceFinder has released a new version of it's LinkedIn integration
which supports automatic resume creation for job seekers. When job seekers create a job board 'profile', and their associated
LinkedIn account contains 'summary' and 'position' information, that information is used to create a simple resume which can
be included within the job seeker's profile. The job seeker may still opt to attach an existing resume document or modify
the profile text created from their LinkedIn account.

An option to allow true Boolean matching of keywords has been added to both
the job search and the resume search functions in ForceFinder. When activated job board users will not only see the 'simplified'
keyword matching options (match 'Any', 'All' or 'Exact Match'), but will also see a fourth option for 'Boolean'. Boolean
matching supports most standard Boolean grammer and syntax.

The resume bank product definition now supports an optional daily
limit. When a value is specified, employers/recruiters are limited to that number of resume bank detail views each day. The option
still exists to allow unlimited resume bank access each day until the expiration date is reached. A new customizable message
has also been added to the system which appears at the top of the resume search results page when the daily limit has been
reached. This customizable message can be used to prompt the employer/recruiter to purchase additional resume bank access if desired.

its network of diversity hiring job boards. Diversified Workplace, through it's relationship with the National Black Chamber of
Commerce, will be partnering with numerous chamber chapters across the U.S. to create an extensive diversity hiring resource.

ForceFinder has added an alternative job search facility to
its software. ForceFinder customers may turn on 'free form' searching as an alternative to the traditional search
by job category, location, job type, etc. Free form searching is a simplified, 'Google-like' search interface which presents
two text fields to the candidate - keywords and location. The keywords field can include any text which the candidate is
trying to match within the job posting. Location can include any combination of city, state name, state abbreviation
and zip code. Search speeds are fast and accurate due to the use of the underlying SQL Server 'full text search' mechanism.
