We recognize that every business will have unique requirements and will have different
skill sets. In addition to the right software, you may require other skills and services
related to building and maintaining a successful job board. Our team has the
experience to assist in several areas.
Nobody knows our code like we do! We offer both hourly and fixed rate customization
arrangements to enhance ForceFinder to meet your requirements. Our role in the engagement
is based on your needs and budget. You may want us to drive the entire project life
cycle including analysis, design and development, or you may want us to focus primarily
on the programming aspects of the project. ForceFinder is committed to pursuing a working
relationship which best fits your situation in terms of your team’s expertise, availability
and budget.

If you are converting from an existing job board, or other application, and wish
to move your current data to your ForceFinder job board, we can make that happen.
We have extensive experience in converting the full spectrum of job board data including
employer accounts, job postings, job applications, purchase and balance information,
job seeker accounts, resumes and profiles. We can also port job seeker resumes in
their ‘native’ formats (.doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf, .txt) to ForceFinder. In addition, We
are proficient in working with numerous data formats including SQL Server database tables,
MS Access database tables, Excel spreadsheets, XML files and comma delimited (CSV)
files.

We are web development professionals and have the expertise to assist you in project
work beyond the customization of ForceFinder. For example, your plans may call for
another web site which is integrated with ForceFinder. If you need assistance with
